How can I track my order?
The delivery time from when the package leaves our warehouse will depend on the type of delivery you have selected.
Home delivery: approximately 48/72 hours (working days).
Delivery to store: 4 - 6 days (working days).
By selecting your preferred shipping method, you will be shown an estimated delivery date. Please note that non-working days and weekends do not count towards the shipping period.
These delivery periods may be affected during sales season or special campaigns such as Tenth Days, Black Friday and Christmas.
