Can I place my order for a gift?
Yes, place your order and write to us before 24 hours at [email protected] requesting the gift ticket that will be included in the package.
After 24 hours, the ticket can no longer be included in the package but can be sent by email.
Can I request the Tax Free?
Only for shipments with collection in store. You can request Tax Free in the store, once you pick up your order. Remember to show your passport, ID card, or any other document admitted by law that proves your residence outside the EU.
Can I request an invoice?
If you want an invoice for your order, you can request it by sending an email to [email protected]
The invoice will be sent by email to the Client, provided that he has given his consent for it. In addition, the Client will also have the right, in any case, to request the invoice in paper format, as it is an inherent right to their condition of Client.
Could I receive regular information concerning news and special offers from TENTH?

How do I report a faulty item?
Should you receive a faulty item, please contact our custumer service team via our email [email protected] and we will solve it as soon as possible.
Can I check if an item is available in the store?
The option 'availability in store' appears on each product file and you can find the sizes available in your nearest store by entering your zip code.
