In Decimas we want to help you and answer all the questions corresponding to your order or any process involved in the purchase of the same.

- Home delivery: approximately 4/5 days (working days).
- Enter your customer account and select the order you want to return. Once inside: mark the item(s), the reason for which you are returning it and the address where you want the package to be picked up. Please pack the contents well so that what is inside cannot be seen or come out. In case it is footwear, place it correctly in its box and this, inside a bag, well closed and protected.
- The carrier will go through the address you indicate to pick up your package.
- As soon as your items arrive at our warehouse and are checked, the amount will be paid through the same payment method with which the order was placed.

- Indicate in the email your order number, the items and the size you want to return and confirm the full collection address. Please pack the contents well so that what is inside cannot be seen or come out. In case it is footwear, place it correctly in its box and this, inside a bag, well closed and protected.

In how much time will my request be delivered?
The delivery time will be from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
You will be shown an estimated delivery date. Please note that non-working days and weekends do not count towards the shipping period.
These delivery periods may be affected during the sales season or special campaigns such as Decimas Day's , Black Friday and Christmas.
What shipping options are available? What is the shipping cost?
The cost of home delivery will be free from €60 (89€) and €3.95 (6,99€) for the others orders.
What transport company manages the shipments?
GLS is in charge of managing the deliveries and collections of your orders.
How to make a return through a collection at my home?
Requesting a return through a collection at your home is very easy.

What is the deadline to make a return?
You can make returns during the 30 calendar days following your purchase
We remind you that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging, all their labels and the hygienic protector in the case of bikinis and swimsuits.
Why have my items been refused for return?
Decimas reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. We remind you that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition with their original packaging. You must pack the content well so that what is inside cannot be seen or come out.

Changes or returns of masks or underwear are not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons.
What should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect?
If there is an error in the amount of your return, contact us by sending an email to [email protected] and our customer service team will solve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your package in our warehouse, the amount of the items will be paid through the same method you used for payment. We will send you the proof of return by email.

If your order had transportation costs when you placed it, these will not be refunded. However, the collection costs in the first change or return are assumed by Decimas.
Are changes and returns free?
The first change or return of each order will be free, Decimas is responsible for the cost of transport. In subsequent changes you will have to manage the shipment with a transport company and send it to the following address:
