Women's sweatpants: tight-fitting, leggings style
Leggings are sports pants for women that have their own section on the Decimas website, as they have a number of specific characteristics: they are thinner, lighter, more elastic and technical than other sportswear. Despite this, the models you will find here have some subtle differences compared to traditional leggings, which are worth analyzing.
First of all, they are leggings that are tight to the leg, like leggings, but not as tight as leggings. In addition, the materials are usually different: leggings, or tight pants, are usually made of polyester, and the ones you'll find here are usually made with less technical materials, such as cotton or plush. It should also be noted that they are usually garments to be worn on a daily basis, ideal for intermediate seasons, while leggings are more suitable to be worn as training shorts, especially on cold days when the temperature does not recommend wearing shorts.
These sports pants for women share the absence of pockets and elastic waistband with leggings. In any case, both can be combined with sports shoes, such as the running models.
Women's jogger pants
Joggers are a type of sports pants for women, comfortable and compatible with sports attire, but not designed for training sessions. The cut is not tight, although the lower part of the garment does not have much slack and, in many cases, is fitted at the ankle with an elastic and ribbed finish.
They usually have pockets and even drawstrings at the waist, to better adjust the garment to the female silhouette. In many cases they are thicker than leggings, which makes them an interesting option to wear in winter, particularly the models that are not so short and that do not leave the ankle unexposed.
Other sport pants for women
Although, in general terms, the pants mentioned above are the main type of sports pants for women, they are not the only ones. In our catalog you can discover other models first hand. For example, those that are specifically designed to practice a particular sport. This is the case of ski pants, which are thicker to protect from the cold and waterproof to keep the skier's body dry when in contact with the snow.
Pirate pants are also common in our collection: they are proposals designed to be worn between seasons, because they leave the ankle and part of the leg uncovered. The Capri models, on the other hand, are a little shorter than the pirates, and end a few centimeters below the knee.
Models and brands of this section of women's sports pants
In addition to the design of pants that you will find here, on this page you can also choose your model according to the cut, design and brand. In terms of design, monochromatic models predominate with neutral tones, such as gray or black. But that does not mean that there are no models with more intense secondary colors, such as pink, yellow or green.
Prints are also common, particularly geometric patterns and stripes. As far as brands are concerned, on the left side of this page you can find the ones available in this women's sweatpants section. Tenth is one of those that is always present: our brand offers you affordable, comfortable and quality models. Adidas or Nike are also brands with a strong presence in our catalog.
In addition, their logos are usually great decorative resources that make a great impression. And if you want to combine some of these pants with sweatshirts, jackets or short-sleeved sweatshirts, just take a look at one of them on the Decimas.es website. You'll find pieces that play with each other, from the same brands and with similar styles. Feel comfortable and sporty with our proposals!
